Worlds that keep changing after you leave.

A small studio of living sites. Games that remember every adventurer. Maps that gossip in counties. Machines that tell the truth about watts. Nothing here is a brochure. Each world is already running.

GM-AI — Dark Ravine play session with Captain Brennan and Urash

01 · Living myth

GM-AI

gm.percolate.one

This is not a dungeon that resets when you close the tab. It is a living myth, rewritten by every adventurer who walks it.

Rooms appear because someone needed a door. Nameless captains gain names because someone asked who they were. Chronicles are carved into the public record. The land does not loop. It accumulates — sediment of play, oath, and blood.

An intelligence keeps the first-edition steel: THAC0, spell slots, the slow dread of a corridor that was not on the map yesterday. Every playthrough leaves its mark. The next soul who enters will find your scar.

UKRomp — county map in Research mode over North Yorkshire

02 · County feed

UKRomp

ukromp.percolate.one

The United Kingdom, told county by county — funding, strange places, and the stories people still tell after dark.

Open the map. Drift from research grants to hidden gems to hauntings. Star what startles you, leave a fact, argue in the comments. It is built to be easy to navigate, easy to join, and slightly too interesting to leave.

Local voices, publicly funded science, and friendly rivalry — the island as a happening feed, not a guidebook.

Valhalla — Asgard Forest with Talis, Mistra, Od, and Boldir

03 · Legend reborn

Valhalla

valhalla.percolate.one

The 1983 ZX Spectrum / Commodore 64 classic, remade as a living browser world — gods who act without you, eighty-one rooms, six relics, and a horn at the end.

It began with a map picture and a half-hour loading screen of character art. The ambition stopped being a walkthrough and became a remake: Movisoft archaeology, procedural halls, a rendering pipeline, and finally a PWA you can put on the home screen.

About five weeks of side quests, one buried trollsticks disaster, and a labour of love for John Peel, Mike Dailly, and the Legend team.

SolarStats — live Home Assistant energy dashboard

04 · Live watts

SolarStats

homesolar.percolate.one

A fully configurable, easy-to-present endpoint for safely exposing a Home Assistant data feed.

Show the house without opening the castle gates. Live tiles, history, device state — arranged for people in the room, not for the admin console. Configure what is visible. Keep the rest behind the wall.

Underground Data Centre — orbital versus outback sliders

05 · Rock vs orbit

Underground Data Centre

solar.percolate.one

A quick interactive engineering draft — back-of-envelope numbers for comparing space-base data centres with an underground plant in the Australian outback.

Rock shell, solar plus lithium, cooling by the cheaper of geo-exchange or mechanical air. Argue with the sliders. The glamour is optional; the watts are not.

06 · Gene vault

MalkariSW

malkarisw.percolate.one

A 1999 classic recast for the pocket and the browser. You awaken as a Gene Vault AI. A rogue star has torn the system apart.

Claim drifting rocks, harvest, build drones, and predict four live orbit types — Circular A, Circular B, the locked Figure-8 corridor, and a modern wide binary. Win by dominance, survival, or points. Sessions aimed at five to fifteen minutes.

The design site is live. The prototype is in build: belts, claims, and vault landings work; mining and travel still want a single committed model. Shattered Vaults, for modern times.
